As the Executive & Business Development Manager of the award-winning Push.co.uk - Moj spends most days travelling around the entire country informing and inspiring young people to think about what they want from life and how to develop the confidence and skills to get it. He strongly believes in interactive comedy as a powerful tool to engage people. He also teaches stand up comedy to children and teenagers - to help them develop their soft skills, primarily of communication, adaptability, confidence and initiative.
To date - he has presented to over 150,000 young people across the UK, aged 14 to 19 years, and he writes articles and content for Push.co.uk as well as the monthly advice newsletter - which goes out to over 8,000 young people monthly. His primary focus is on social mobility and supporting young people from less advantaged or socio-economically challenging backgrounds. All Push presentations and workshops are created by Moj in conjunction with education & careers specialist Johnny Rich - to ensure the perfect balance of fun and fact. Johnny is the Chief Executive and Founder of Push.
Alongside this, he runs workshops for ComedyClub4Kids (Soho Theatre, Glastonbury, Edinburgh Fringe, Camp Bestival) and he presents outreach activities for visiting school students at Goldsmiths, University of London. He also helps people one-on-one to develop their public speaking skills, and is working on a life coaching qualification.
